NCEL is a registered charity managing the Stobhill Link Centre. The Charity aims to help people to better their lives by providing projects which are designed to provide them with the tools they need to succeed.

NCEL provides solutions to unemployment, food poverty, poor physical and mental health and wellbeing, social exclusion, low attainment, digital exclusion and so much more.
